Cupcakes!

Don't you just love cupcakes...They're so simple, quick to mix up and look so pretty even without going to much bother. I have so many different recipes for them but usually use the tried and proven one unless I'm in the mood for something a little different- like black-bottom cupcakes or chai cupcakes. My Grandma Brown's recipe is probably the one that has received the most comments about their moistness. It is always lovely to make something that you know your Grandma has made many times before you.
