Little Creatures


The butterfly counts not months but moments and has time enough.

Okay, as you know, I sort of have a fascination with insects.

You can just imagine my delight when I found these
lovely fellows at the Melbourne Museum. 
AND, look what was hanging out on my grey plectranthus near the lichen covered almond tree. I could swear that he is from another planet. Okay, a slight exaggeration...it's a leaf/ stick insect trying very hard (and successfully) to imitate lichen on the bark of a tree. SO cool!

  2. wow Angela, that is so fascinating. My husband and daughter love insects and I passed on your image to them ... you have really captured the moment - what a cheeky little fella!
