Winter flowers...

 How strange to greet, this frosty morn, 

                                                            In graceful counterfeit of flower,

                                                                         These children of the meadows,born                                                      

                                                                                               Of sunshine and of showers! 

So glad to have flowers to pick as winter takes its grip on us.

Looks like we're in for a cold one!

Anniversary!

John and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary yesterday.

We had a lovely day out and John gave me this very beautiful vintage clock...

Oh he knows me so well : ) Love, love, love him so much...

I think I'm in for another busy week but boy I'm having fun playing shop. I just can't work out how on earth the days go so fast. I guess it's partly due to the shorter "close to winter" days.

these Jeanne D'arc pillow covers. They are the most beautiful linen and feel divine with a feather insert. I'm trying to add more texture and comfort in the living area and these are just perfect.
